Floyd Sparks:
Chief Executive Officer / Co-founder
Floyd has led Property Pro’s operations for over twenty years. His ability to convert complex ideas into actions has been a significant factor in our success.
His role in the company aligns with his strengths: diversion consulting, coordinating and executing site visits, creating and growing reuse systems in reuse deserts, project management, training development, education and outreach, systems management, and client relations.
Floyd holds a degree from Denver Technical College in Sports Medicine Technology. He is a Certified Green Building Professional through Build it Green, has a background in construction, renovation, and home flipping, and is passionate about implementing education and training programs to support sustainable reuse systems.
Marianna Sparks:
Chief Impact Officer / Co-founder
Driven by a desire to facilitate positive change, Marianna is constantly expanding her knowledge of environmental initiatives such as Circularity, ESG, and Climate Justice. She leverages this knowledge to implement strategies for greater impact.
Marianna is an Army Veteran, holds an MBA in Global Management, and worked in Human Resource Management prior to launching Property Pro’s. She also earned a GreenPoint Rater Certification with Build it Green, is a qualified IRS appraiser for non-cash charitable contributions, and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Her role at Property Pro’s is multi-faceted with valuation, innovation, collaboration, research, participation in trade organizations, problem solving, content and report creation, education, and customer relations at the forefront.
